These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://www.georgeprep.com, its courses, tests and videos (together, the "Service"). Georgeprep.com is operated by Witpower Education and Technology Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at 2nd Floor, Plot No 48-3-38, Room No 201, Sri Sai Nilayam, Sri Nagar, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530016 ("George Prep", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Your account

You must give accurate information when you register and keep your login details private. Your account is for your own personal use. You may not share it, sell it or let others use it, and we may suspend accounts that are shared or misused. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Courses and payments

Course content, prices, access periods and inclusions are as described on the course page at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by our payment partners; we do not store your card details. Fees are payable in advance. Unless a course page or a written offer from us says otherwise, fees are non-refundable once access to the course has been given.

Our content

All course material on the Service, including videos, questions, explanations, tests, notes and software, is owned by or licensed to George Prep and is protected by copyright. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own preparation while your access is active. You may not copy, record, download (except where we offer a download), redistribute, sell, publish or make derivative works from our content, or share it with people who have not enrolled.

Videos on YouTube

Our course videos are hosted on YouTube and played through the YouTube embedded player. When you watch them you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Some videos are unlisted for use within our courses; please do not share their links outside George Prep.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping or bulk-downloading content, uploading harmful code, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, add or remove features and content. We may change these Terms from time to time; the updated Terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Service means you accept them.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our courses help you prepare for exams, but we do not guarantee any particular score, result or admission. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and George Prep's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the course concerned.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and may ask us to delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute. Questions about these Terms can be sent to admin@georgeprep.com.
